# Release 2.11 Schedule Update: Release Day Moved to Monday, March 23

Hi team,

We will be postponing the **Release 2.11** launch to allow more time for **testing and validation of the remaining milestone issues** (tracked [here](https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/milestone/61)), and to avoid a scheduling conflict with **GTC 2026 (March 16–19, 2026)**.

As a result, **Release Day is now Monday, March 23**.

**Remaining Key Dates**

- **M4:** Release branch finalized; final launch date announced; feature classifications published ( **week of 9/3/26** ) — final RC produced — **On Track**

- **M4.1:** Tutorial draft submission deadline ( **11/3/26** )

- **M5:** External-facing content finalized ( **13/3/26** )

- **M6:** **Release Day (Monday, 23/3/26)**
