Hello Everyone,

This is to confirm that there will be no PyTorch 2.10.1 release and the next release will be of PyTorch 2.11.0 with release planned for mid March ([full list of key dates](https://dev-discuss.pytorch.org/t/pytorch-release-2-11-key-dates/3292)).

We will be moving all outstanding items from the [2.10.1 milestone](https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/milestone/62) to the [2.11.0 milestone](https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/milestone/61).

Thank you and please reach out with any questions.

Cheers,
